 different relationships. Horses mirror your behaviour which is a fant
 astic help in better understanding yourself.With the horses we will se
 e our personal space and how to expand it so that we become more aware
  of our own behaviour and more grounded.We start the day with a short 
 explanation about the behaviour of horses and people, floor exercises 
 and finally we get to work with the horses. We then do some ‘groundi
 ng’ exercises with one another without horses. Once well grounded th
 e work begins with the horses. You will feel the power of your intenti
