Stage: trainee supporting the sales & market database deployment in VSS branch

Mission
Main task is consisting in the deployment of the sales & market database and follow-up, the VSS tool, gathering VSS short, medium and long term business plan, as well as VSS market.
Detailed tasks are consisting in a first step:
- Supporting follow-up of deployment to all sites, especially DSA, Pienezza, Brazil, China and North
America
- Specification of BW standard masks for graphic presentations to CDP, TDP, Budget in collaboration with the base administrator
- Euring follow-up of deployment with the different network on possible issues, monitor data discrepancies with finance and track of issue solving, especially with IT
- Supporting sales network analysing sales and market data to further improve sales figures quality
- Supporting marketing data completion in collaboration with sales & business development managers

Achievement expected at the end of the internship:
- Increased sales reliability to be integrated into the medium and long term business plan
- Reliable market quantification for our major product lines


Candidate Profile
You are fluent in English and French and have knowledge of Excel, Power Point,
Basic knowledge of VBA & SAP BW would be a plus ….
Financial & marketing background appreciated.
Candidate must be rigorous, autonomous and result-oriented.
You have knowledge of international culture.
BAC+3/4 engineering or business school
