I'm looking for a Senior Manager Online Marketing & e-Commerce

Our client is a major retail company in Belgium with many physical stores and online shops. Focus on online is one of the priorities the coming year. The company wants to offer the numerous products online and optimize the different channels to become a leader in the online retail market.

As Senior Manager Online Marketing & e-Commerce you will be responsible for the delivery of the multi-channel strategy for the websites and you will be leading the online team.
Furthermore your responsibilities will be:

• Building and implementation of the online environment, both operational and strategic (change management)
• Increase conversion and online interaction growth
• Increase qualitative traffic (SEO, SEA and Affiliate) towards the websites
• Digital personalized messaging: build and manage the e-mails send to (potential) customers
