Position:
EXPORT ASSISTANT
You assist the account managers in their day to day activities, you monitor your customers’ activities, make sure the customers receive products and information on time and resolve occurring issues/problems in a professional and timely manner. Your organized way of working, friendly though professional approach and level of understanding ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
You will creatively explore new territories to prospect new clients. You built good relationships with new and existing customers and advise them how to use our products and services to become more profitable.


Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a good level in French;
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone;
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
A pro-active and hands-on attitude;
A flexible character;
A positive attitude;
Self-motivated;
An open mind;
Team player.
