Notre client est une très grande structure dans la mode basée au centre de Paris et proposant un cadre fun et multilingue.

Nous recherchons actuellement un chargé de clientèle parlant flamand pour leur centre de support multilingue.

Le rôle implique être au contact avec leur clientèle par téléphone et email pour leur donner de l'information sur les produits et gérer des problèmes suite à leurs commandes (livraison, transport, remboursement).

Il s'agit d'évoluer dans un environnement fun et dynamique composé de personnes parlant français, espagnol, italien, anglais, suédois, portugais, allemand, russe, néerlandais, etc...

CDI à pourvoir immédiatement + Salaire de 1675 Euro brut par mois + mutuelle + tickets restaurant + très bonne ambiance

35h du lundi au vendredi
