July and August in Paris? Nice sunny and quiet 45 m2 up to 4 persons

Hello Everybody!
I'm renting the summer a nice one bedroom flat (45 sq meters) furnished, quiet and sunny
(in front of a garden and the Canal)!
It's near the Parc des Buttes Chaumont. You can take a few metro lines (line7= Crimée, line 5=Laumière and line 2).
Located Rue Duvergier, in the 19th district.
You can use too the VELIB stations around!
It's located near the Canal de la Villette, the new trendy area where people go picnic, or having a drink on a "peniche",
or haveing a sunbath, cycling, etc...
It will be available from July 17th (it could be before that if you need it) until August 28th.
There's space for 4 people, non smokers, no party animals...!

The flat have a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen (basic), a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with a tube and a washing machine
and separated toilets.
It's at the second level, with a lift.

Price

350 euros/ a week
850 euros/ month



Included: internet, electricity, water, etc...

You can use internet if you bring your laptop!

I speak english, french, spanish, italian...
Cats are ok, small dogs too if they don't bark too much and doesn't destroy anything!
