JOB OBJECTIVES ET MISSIONS:

We are looking for a junior marketing consultant with a strong interest and/or experience in retail, digital marketing and/or CRM. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; French a plus.

Ideal candidate is a communicator that easily seeks understanding at all levels; someone with an “always-on” positive attitude, proven perseverance and an orientation towards action and output.

You will join a young international team based in Paris and work with one of the largest retailers in the Benelux. You will own and develop the relationship with one account of our retail clients in regards to customer data, customer insights and direct marketing communication.

You are the first point of contact for the retail client, you will build a strong relationship and manage client expectations - for this you will spend at least 20% of your time on-site at client offices in the Netherlands and/or Belgium.
Your job is to understand the needs and interpret the problems of the client, you will need to translate these problems into measurable research questions – for this you will need to work closely with the internal analytics team.
You will contribute to the overall retailer customer communication strategy and objectives setting. Within this you will own the direct marketing and communication plan and budget for the media we operate.
In line with the above points you will define, sell, implement and measure direct marketing campaigns. You will present recommendations that will grow consumer and retailer value.
You will coordinate the interaction between various internal departments such as our IT, analytics and customer insights teams. You will ensure the quality of operations and deliveries.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

University Master degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Business
Commercial attitude and the ability to communicate easily at all levels
Self-starter, hands-on mentality with a high sense of organization
Strong attention to detail and accurate
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, good knowledge of French is a plus
Experience in retail, CRM, digital marketing and/or eCommerce is a plus
