Location: Amsterdam based

As Client Service Representative you will be The contact person to our French clients.
You will be responsible for delivering superior client service to increase customer satisfaction and usage of our products and services.
You will respond to technical client queries, offer support during product implementations and have an advisory role in how to use the product in the most optimal way.

Profile:
- 1 to 2 (3 is prefered) years of experience in a client service environment;
- Experienced in answering complex (technical) client questions and able to find adhoc solutions;
- Knowledge of HTML, Flash, Shell scripting, Java, and/or other webbased programming languages is a big advantage;
- Experience in determining client requirements and coordinating with product development is a plus.

Dutch is not required, Fluency in French is a must and one other language is highly appreciated, but not mandatory.

You have:
- Affinity with websites and web based applications;
- Is able to understand and troubleshoot basic network and webdevelopment issues;
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships;
- Able to liaise with different departments and to work with people from different backgrounds;
- The understanding of your clients’ business and information needs;
- The ability to work effectively in an international team and environment.
