Sales agent Dutch - urgent - Ivry-sur-Seine (Paris, France)

Short-term contract from April, 23^th to September, 30^th 2012

Job description:

Your main duties will be handling incoming telephone calls from clients of major airline companies. You will be:

• Informing, advising and selling products and airline services.
• In charge of giving information and advising Dutch speaking passengers on our products and services, and handling their account.
• Making reservations and issuing airline tickets as well as handling complaints and after sales duties.

Profile:

You have a successful work experience of at least 6 months in a sales environment as well as a customer care business experience with incoming/outgoing calls.

You are fully bilingual in Dutch and French/or English oral and written. You have excellent communication and efficient customer services skills. You are able to present a sales argument.

Terms:

Shift work: Monday to Friday from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm / Saturday and Sunday from  9.30 am to 6.00 pm
