Alvarum (http://alvarum.com) is a fast growing company based in Paris with a young team (14 people) that aim at making it easier for charities to raise funds online. Since 2008, Alvarum has been growing very quickly with now more than 1000 charities and 20 M€ raised (including WWF, Red Cross, Greenpeace) in France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium... Internship description :

• Relationship with the dutch charities (B2B)
• Relationship with Dutch event organizers such as “Le Champion” (Dam tot Damloop)
• Convince, help B2B and B2C users by phone and by email to participate to Dutch running events such as “Dam tot Damloop” and raise funds
• Motivate B2B and B2C clients and encourage their loyalty to Alvarum
• Propose relevant advices about fundraising
• Offer a technical business support through a hotline : 90% of the work on the phone, internet, Social networks

Profile:

• Native Dutch Speaker
• Fluent in English
• Interested in start­ups
• Good communication skills (especially on the phone)
• Ability to convince users
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and business oriented

What we offer:

• Starting date : as soon as possible
• Full time
• Compensation: 508€ / month
